'Bout time I got my titular character here.
Instead of ranting about the pic, I'll just post the info. And look, there's a Mini-Miffskin bio too!

Note: I own Ciel, Miffskin, and all those guys. SEGA owns Shadow and whatnot, and owns Silhouette.

CIEL

BASICS:
Full Name: Project Ciel the Hedgehog; later adopts the name Ciel Ari Darknic.
Nicknames: None.
Species: Hedgehog
Age: Time of creation unknown, mentally around 13, immortal
Gender: Male
Project Line: Deadline, later called the Ultimate line.

NATURE:
Personality:
Ciel acts like a young, bubbly, but somewhat mature kid. He’s polite, and never too rowdy, but is still a kid. He’s nice to pretty much anyone, but doesn’t deal well with people who are mean to him. Due to Paranoia, Ciel also tries hard not to get upset or to brood. He’s also quite close to Gemini, giving his brother a hand when needed. Ciel also has a pet Black Wing named Miffskin.
Paranoia, on the other hand…is the polar opposite. Paranoia’s driving goal is to ensure that he stays alive, and is willing to go through any means to do so. The main way of doing this, of course, is to kill others to suck out their life energy. He’s also developed the nasty habit of enjoying the murder, trying out new “tactics” every time. While Paranoia can act like a gentleman, he’ll instantly drop this charade once he has his prey cornered. He constantly taunts Ciel when he’s able, and tries to take control whenever possible. Like Ciel, however, he has a soft spot for Miffskin.
Likes:
Dancing, flying, playing with Miffskin, being with his brothers, children’s books.
Dislikes:
Paranoia, hurting Gemini (or anyone, for that matter), loud noises (he has sensitive ears), sarcasm, being compared to a vampire, vampires in general.
Relationships with Other Characters:
Firstly, Gemini is Ciel’s brother and best friend, no questions asked. Their bond is inexplicably close, and they would do anything for each other –though Ciel sometimes feels guilty for all the things he does that hurts his brother.
Other than that, he gets along well with most everyone, though his closest non-Gemmy siblings are Shadow and Silhouette. Also, Ciel is the only one who can understand what Miffskin says, and is not only her owner, but also her friend of sorts, and her self-proclaimed father figure. Ciel also has a few other friends, primarily a girl named Meadow (whom he eventually falls in love with).
Paranoia doesn’t get along with anyone…except for Miffskin. Paranoia only likes to cause pain and misery, and particularly enjoys hurting Gemini.

ABILITIES:
Natural Abilities:
No one is sure what Ciel’s natural capabilities used to be. Nowadays, however, he’s a surprisingly adept fighter. His stats aren’t quite comparable to other Shadow Siblings, but unlike the others, Ciel can fly –and he has sharp claws, fangs, and kicks too. He’s a better fighter than his innocent demeanour implies, and when he switches to Paranoia, he seems to become faster, albeit using wilder attacks.
Veragis Abilities:
Ciel is a Veragis (used to be known as a Vamparagus), an empty shell which lives only off the life energy of others. This gives him two primary abilities. First, as long as he has enough life force inside him when damaged, the wound will instantly regenerate. He is immune and invincible to damage, unless the core of his life energy is struck (and nobody knows where that is…but I do; it’s between his eyes). Second, he can absorb life energy from others through his bite, and like with vampires, it’s easier to bite the neck. There are other abilities, but these usually involve using up life energy.
Weapon:
Claws, fangs, and boots. What can be better? Notably, Ciel relies more on kicks, while Paranoia prefers the claws and fangs.
Weaknesses:
Ciel weakens considerably as his life energy lessens, and as stated before, he’ll die instantly if his core is struck hard enough –just touching it can induce great pain. Also, his ears are extremely sensitive, so loud noises tend to work well against him (except for his own horrible singing, which annoys everyone else except him).
Also, a note: Ciel’s body is technically an empty shell. Past the “skin,” there’s nothing except his Core.

HISTORY:
Ciel comes from the Deadline, the project line that was not granted immortality. Almost every project in it died, until it was switched to the Ultimate Line.
Usually, Deadline projects were not allowed to interact with any of the other projects, seeing as previous encounters with Deadline projects proved disastrous. However, Maria saw that both Project Ciel and Project Gemini were lonely, and convinced her grandfather to let the young projects play together. This was to the benefit of both of them, and everything was fine…
…Except that, before Ciel could be studied, and before he even knew what his powers were, an illness swept the Ark (thanks to Project Plague; Ciel is unaware of this small detail). Ciel’s immune system was defective, and he perished. He would have stayed dead too, if it wasn’t for Gemini’s attempt to resurrect him.
In a way, Ciel did come back to life. However, the ritual was botched when a Black Volt (whose blood was used in the ritual) flew into the spell, accidentally fusing with Ciel. The newly reborn hedgehog now had wings, fangs, a halo…and a horribly sadistic being that was basically an over-intelligent Black Volt in his head. What’s worse, this voice, later called Paranoia, is a murderous fiend.
Paranoia wasn’t discovered immediately, but after the first time Ciel’s life energy hit a low, the beast emerged. Since then, there have been sporadic murders in surrounding areas, and sometimes, Gemini has unexplained scars –it’s his secret that he sometimes allows Ciel to feed off him, if it’s enough to avoid a Paranoia attack.
Ciel is currently still with Gemini, who is trying to find a way to fix Ciel. They live in apartment 219 at Station Square Apartments, along with Shadow, and Ciel’s pet Black Wing, Miffskin (who, oddly enough, is the daughter of the Black Volt that fused with Ciel). He’s recently found another Veragis, named Meadow, and her guardian “rof,” who seems to know something about Veragians…maybe they hold the key to fixing Ciel’s condition?

MIFFSKIN

BASICS:
Full Name: Kri’i Riffreei (in Black Arm), but later renamed Miffskin
Nicknames: Miffy, The Meep, Little Meeper, Miffykins, and various insults from Gemini. (Note: The meeps are because all Miffskin can say are variations of the word…“Meep.”
Species: Alien; Black Wing (later grows into a Black Hawk, and then a Black Volt).
Age: Child
Gender: Female

NATURE:
Personality:
Miffskin is pretty easy to please. Just give her food, a nice place to fly, and people to stroke her little head, and she’s happy. She’s nice to Ciel/Paranoia and a few others, but she likes to annoy everyone else, just because. She has a habit of causing mischief, and has a rebellious streak when things don’t go her way.
Likes:
Attention, food, being petted, flying, annoyed wingless furballs, sleeping, eating
Dislikes:
Having things thrown at her, Gemini (a rivalry for Ciel’s love! XD), not being fed, being ignored
Relationships with Other Characters:
If it’s Ciel or Paranoia, Miffskin is happy. If not, she probably won’t like you unless you gain her favour. Gemini is on her permanent anti-meep list, because Gemini gets a lot of Ciel’s attention.

ABILITIES:

Miffskin can fly, and is small enough to squeeze into most spaces. She’s a flexible alien too.
Weapon:
Miffskin has no weapon –she hasn’t even grown fangs yet.
Weaknesses:
Aside from the fact that she’s defenceless, and must rely on Ciel/Paranoia to defend her until she gets older? None, really.

HISTORY:
Miffskin was born during the Black Arm Invasion, the child of Kra’ack Prunaal, a powerful Black Volt. The little larva was stationed on the Ark, while her “mother” was sent to fight in Station Square.

However, Kra’ack never returned, and Miffskin ended up in a dank closet in the meantime. This saved her from Shadow’s rampant destruction of the Black Arms, but left the alien very lonely, and she survived off of old packaged cleaning supplies.

Soon after she underwent the metamorphosis from larva to Black Wing, Shadow returned to the Ark. He didn’t especially want to, but he (along with other Sonic characters) were dragged there by a drunken, delusional Gemini. While Gemini nearly destroyed all the humans while thinking he was in a video game, Ciel found the lonely little alien, and named her Miffskin.

Having convinced his brothers to let him keep her, Ciel took Miffskin home. It was there that the fate of Miffy’s mother was revealed: Kra’ack had been captured and used by some insane magician to bring someone back to life, but got stuck in the spell.

Wait a gosh-darned moment, that’s what happened with Gemini and Ciel! By some odd twist of fate, Kra’ack was the one that fused with the resurrected Ciel –meaning that Paranoia is, somehow, Miffskin’s mother.

…Anyway, Miffskin still lives with Ciel and co, eating their food and causing general havoc to the household. Better than a musty closet full of cleaning supplies!
